Ingredients Tomato puree – 2 cup (tomato juice) Gram flour – 1 cup Boiled Green peas – 1 cup Finely chopped Cabbage – 1 cup Grated Cauliflower – 1 cup Onion – 2 (Finely chopped) Grated ginger – 1 piece Finely Chopped Coriander – ¼ cup Pepper powder – ¼ tsp Oil & Salt – As required Method Mix Gram flour, pepper powder, salt, tomato puree with required water, make into a batter. Add the vegetables in the batter. In a Non-stick pan, heat a little oil & pour the batter, & spread the batter as (thick) small circle. Cook on medium flame on both sides till done. |
