Ingredients

Chopped Beans, Carrot – 150 gms
Chopped Cabbage – 150 gms
Rice – 2 cups
Chopped Onion – 1
Chopped Garlic – 4 cloves
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Chopped coriander
Oil, Salt – as required

Method

Wash & Soak Rice for 10 minutes.
Drain & Cook the Rice in a cooker with 5 cups of water.
Make the vegetables half boiled. Rice & vegetables should be separate.
In a Kadai fry Onion & Garlic until light brown.
Add chilli powder & fry for a minute, Add the half boiled vegetables & fry for another minute.
Add the cooked rice & mix well, Garnish with coriander leaves & Serve.
