Crispy Vegetable

Ingredients

Cauliflower, Beans, Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, Mushroom(if necessary) – 3 cups
Corn flour – 5 tbsp
Maida – 5 tbsp
Rice flour – 5 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 4 tbsp
Green sauce – 3 tbsp
Pepper powder – little
Oil, salt – as required

Method

Cut vegetables into long thin strips.
Mix corn flour, Rice flour, Maida, Baking powder, Salt & Pepper powder. Make into a thick batter.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai.
Dip the vegetables one by one in the batter & deep fry carefully.
In a pan Heat Soya sauce & Green sauce, Mix the crispy vegetables & Serve immediately .
